Because our products are digital and delivered instantly upon payment, refund requests are handled as follows.
As access to the digital bundle/course is granted immediately after successful payment, we generally do not offer refunds once the product has been accessed or downloaded.
Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is completed and product access has been granted, since delivery is instant.
Email your Order ID and reason to support@cineforge.co.in within 48 hours of purchase. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
